Social Events

Your membership at the club is not just for sailing. It also enables you to attend all our social events.

Annual social events include our Laying Up (end of season) Supper, Christmas Dinner & Commodore's Reception.

We also run one off social events. Recent examples have included Bring a Friend night with BBQ, Cheese & Wine Night, Summer Social BBQs, Whiskey Tasting and traditional games night.

All members are welcome to come & we would love to see you there!

Events are organised by a small team of people and suggestions and help are always welcome, just speak to any committee member.

Ely SC has a small members' only bar. It opens after Friday and Sunday sailing sessions as well as on 'odd' (1st, 3rd, 5th) Fridays in the winter.
